All reservations and rentals made​​, is considered as an acceptance by the customer on the general terms and conditions below.

Cookies

Cancellation

Cancellation of reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

Confidentialitate

We are aware that during travelling you may be working or have private discussions and that will remain fully confidential. We ensure you that our staff is trained and have a confidentiality clause on their contract. "What is said in the car, remains in the car".

Delays

Our driver will always arrive 10 minutes before the time commonly agreed for the meeting. We shall always strive to get on time and safely to your destination. Our company assumes no liability in case of unforeseen delays resulted from the client fault. The company is limited to any liability if the delay is due to our extreme cases, among them are: traffic jams, traffic accidents, weather conditions, land subsidence, unannounced road works.

Assurance

All out vehicles are fully CASCO assured.
Moreover, the insurance policy covers both passengers and their luggage. For further information please contact our staff.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on vehicle class and rental period. Rent time is composed of two units of 30 minutes. If the car with driver is available to the client, the first unit (the first 30 minutes) of each hour of parking is free, any unit started will be charged as full unit (1 hour) according to the offer. Airport transfer is charged separately and is assigned as 1 hour time.

Payment

Payment can be made cash or by money order. All rental services performed are issued invoice.
